The Bruce County Historical Society, with the assistance of the Bruce
County Museum, is embarking on an ambitious project to compile information
on the armed forces members and veterans of Bruce County.
We are gathering lists of individuals who are:
Bruce Residents – Killed in Action
Bruce Residents – Served During a Conflict
Bruce Residents – Served in the Forces
This also includes those Bruce County residents who enlisted in
jurisdictions other than Bruce County.
Other information we would be interested in:
32nd Bruce Regiment/Battalion
160th Bruce Battalion
97th/98th Anti-Tank Regiments
Cenotaphs and Monuments in Bruce County
Legion Histories
We are also looking for area volunteers who would be willing to gather
information for the project.
All information collected will be transferred to the Bruce County Museum for
storage so the public can access.
